Challenge
Standard proximity switches failed to detect tubes reliably due to bending, movement, andmetal dust accumulation causing false signals.
Solution
- The inductive proximity switch with 100 mm was used.
- Assured sensing range increased to 81 mm for better detection of displaced tubes.
- Wider sensing surface reduces dust sensitivity
- Allows inclined mounting for cleaner operation.
- Ensures stable performance even in dusty, dynamic environments.
